The Business Coaching Programme offers dual accreditation with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and The Worldwide Association of Business Coaches™ (WABC™).
The Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) is one of the worlds' largest and best recognised providers of leadership and management qualifications. As an ILM endorsed provider, The BCA is recognised for providing clients with the very best in quality and professional recognition.
The ILM accreditation is available after learning level one, on completion of two 'on-programme' assessments that demonstrate your understanding and application of coaching methodology. On Successful completion, delegates may apply for full ILM membership.
We are delighted that the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches™ (WABC™) has awarded our 'Business Coaching Programme' the prestigious global distinction WABC Accredited (Level 1 - RCC)™.
WABC™ is the first global professional association to exclusively represent the business coaching industry. With the highest membership standards, the most rigorous evidence-based programmes and the most advanced business coaching credentials, WABC™ has done more than any other organisation to identify the tasks, qualities and skills of the business coach.
The WABC Accredited™ mark signifies that our programme has met the highest global standards for business coaching training programmes as set by the WABC™.
Graduates of our programme are eligible to receive their own individual qualification from WABC™, namely Registered Corporate Coach™ (RCC™). Receiving the RCC™ qualification means you have successfully completed our programme and can then be accepted as a WABC™ member (no other examinations are required by WABC™ to receive RCC™).
